The research was conducted at odd semester in 2019/2020, which was aimed (1) to know how to implement Peer Lesson Strategy in the teaching-learning process and (2) to know the students’ learning result for the lesson of IPS Terpadu through implementation of Peer Lesson. As the subject of the research was the students of IX-Aof SMP Negeri 4 Hiliserangkai with the total number was 19 persons. The research instruments were (1) teacher’s respondent observation sheet, (2) students’ respondent observation sheet and (3) the students’ test result. The research findings were in Cycle I the teacher’s respondent observation sheet showed 76,57% while in Cycle II it increased to be 85,94%.. Furthermore students’ respondent observation sheet in Cycle I resulted 55,59 % while in Cycle I was increased to be 80,76 % as well as (3) the students’ ability mean score was66,95. Thus, the minimum standard percentage achieved 63,16%. It was said that the result had not achieved the criteria which were decided at school. The research was continued in the next cycle and it increased to be 77,5 for the students’ ability while the the minimum standard percentage achieved 94,74 % and it has achieved the criteria which were decided that was 75%. Based on the research findings, it is concluded that the implementation of Peer Lesson Strategy can increase the students’ learning result of SMP Negeri 4 Hiliserangkai.
